While building our kitchen cabinets we were using a wet/dry vacuum to collect the dust and chips from the machining operations. We found that we needed at least 3 separate filters to allow us to continue working because we constantly had to change them when they plugged up. When the third one stopped working, we had to stop and clean all 3 filters before starting to work again.

After doing this several times, and destroying a few filters along the way, we decided to see if there was anything available to clean these filters. After looking high and low we found nothing, but we did find plenty of suggestions of how to pound them, roll them, blow them out with compressed air, vacuum them out, etc. There was no way to clean them without throwing dust everywhere and destroying them.

THERE HAD TO BE A BETTER WAY!

After four years, several designs, vigorous testing, and living through the patent process, we finally created the F4 filter cleaner. The F4 met our requirements to effectively clean the filter quickly and contain all of the dust and dirt without damaging the filter. Thus,

DON'T REPLACE THAT DIRTY FILTER, CLEAN IT!
