Do I need to assemble the F4?
The F4 Filter Cleaner comes fully assembled. If you have a Shop-Vac® Brand Wet / Dry Vac, you will require the F4-A adaptor kit which snaps on to the upper and lower cones.

 

What is your warranty/guarantee policy?
We proudly offer a 90 day guarantee. If there are any problems with the quality of the materials or workmanship, we will adjust, repair or replace to your satisfaction.

 

What is the cancellation policy?
If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is no charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact Customer Service.

 

What is the return policy?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will repair or replace the parts necessary to your full satisfaction. If an item needs to be returned for any reason other than damage, restocking fees and actual round trip shipping costs will be charged.

 

Will it work on my Fein filter?
No, there are currently no adaptors available for the Fein filters.
